Medical Assistance Transportation

Medical Assistance (MA) recipients may be eligible for volunteer driver rides or mileage reimbursement for transportation for medical appointments. MA recipients should contact MTM to schedule a ride or request reimbursement.

You must book on-line or call at least three business days before your appointment, unless your trip is urgent. We schedule routine trips Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can schedule urgent trips 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Offering driver assisted specialized transportation services for the elderly or people with disabilities, mainly to and from healthcare facilities. Also offers transportation services to other destinations, such as workplaces, social events, family visits, etc.

Services could be covered Medicaid and Minnesota Medical Assistance. Please contact your insurance provider for Medicare and private insurance coverage.
