Lake County Soil & Water Conservation District staff participate on the Lake County Wetland Technical Evaluation Panel. Lake County is the local government responsible for administering the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA). Wetland delineations and wetland permit applications should be submitted directly to Lake County Planning & Zoning and to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
